Commercial projects make up
Robertson Morrison Inc's largest segment of work |
A separate
division within the company estimates and administers
commercial projects. This business structure allows for
specialized knowledge and a primary management person to be
assigned to each project.
|
Types of commercial projects
include office buildings, retail spaces, churches,
performance spaces, restaurants, and specialty spaces such
as computer rooms and clean rooms. |
Through the last
forty-five years, the company has had the opportunity to work on a
large number of significant projects, both new buildings and
renovation projects. Robertson Morrison's computerized print
archives include over 2,600 project drawings. Please view
some of the examples of local various projects we've been
involved in.
Robertson Morrison often becomes involved in projects at the early stage of development at the request of
the owner or architect. The company takes on the
responsibility of recommending cost effective and creative
systems that architecturally integrate into the project
design. Renovation projects often involve an initial survey of
the existing HVAC systems to judge the feasibility of
re-use. Often there are also code related questions that the
company can assist in resolving.
