Mechanical and temperature controls contractor for a full scale renovation to house the University of Michigan’s virtual reality and recording studios. Job had an extremely accelerated time frame of four months.
Our Solution
Sheet metal, mechanical piping, a new air cool chiller with a field installed water side economizer, new boilers, custom modular air handler, and temperature controls.
