Our Solution
Design/build mechanical contractor for project. We installed six Liebert process cooling systems, two 50 horsepower oil free rotary screw air compressors, two 10 horsepower process vacuum pumps, one air cooled liquid chiller, clean dry air process piping, process vacuum piping, process chilled water piping, DDC controls from all clean room mechanical systems, six infrared steam humidifiers, supply and return ductwork, and refrigeration piping.
