Complete interior renovation of multiple former tenant spaces to become one continuous space for Toyota research institute.
Our Solution
We were the project’s design/build mechanical contractor. We installed 16 rooftop units, 90 variable air volume boxes, 36 duct mounted sound attenuators, two direct fired industrial makeup air units, temperature controls, two vehicle exhaust fans, and all supply, return and exhaust ductwork.
